Lost and Broken...

I miss doing this. I know I am seriously not that great at it, but it is fun for me...I enjoy the whole process, and normally I would be putting out posts at least once every two weeks.  Seems like my computer is either about to die or just hating me lately as it is not working properly.  Either I can't rez shit, or I am Crash Queen...whatever the issue, it has seriously been holding me back.  Now don't get me wrong, I swim through the lag and restart like crazy just to get my shoppin' done.  A girl can't get behind on the season...

Just a quick post today.  Even though I have been on vacation of sorts during these holidays and I should have had way more time to blog, I seem to be enjoying my couch more.  Movies...eating and reading have all been occupying my time.  So here's to making more time in the New Year. Oh and just a few notes, I'm using a newer version of PS, and therefore having to relearn it all again...fun.  Secondly, this Sim is super awesome you should really check it out.  Good photo spots AND shopping!  Best of both worlds. Linger

I finally got a chance to swing by the Lula sim which is so beautiful and very cozy. When it opened I was broke not to mention it's always packed so I know I'm a bit late but man was it worth the wait.  I didn't snag as much as I wanted but I did get a new skin from the Blessa line from Tres Blah which I love.  While I still love my other TB skin this one is much softer and natural.  I love the lips on it and the makeup is just right.  The pants, hair (a total steal), sweater and boots are all new (ish...new to me).  I've been doing a spot of shopping and exploring and I keep finding stuff I must have (adorable owl earrings!).  It's creating havoc on my inventory.

This was one of my entries for the Glitterati Photo Contest that just ended.  I'm pretty sure I was chosen as one of the runners up but I can't be sure since I'm pretty much still in shock!  I had so much fun taking photos for this contest, it really made me want to improve after seeing such great work in all the entries.

The Girl Can't Help It...

Just a quick post to feature this fantastic skin from Miasnow that is currently on the mini mania board (goal is 5 people then it resets) that I heard about from *Free Style*.  I rushed over and got it and I'm so glad I did.  It's a gorgeous Dia de los Muertos skin and they also have a male version.  Get it while you can.  I love the detail on this skin and I bet it would look good on any shape.  I just wanted to feature the skin mostly since its so cool but of course all credits will follow.  This has officially helped get me into the Fall/Halloweeny spirit!

Broke and hunting...

Just a few pics of what I have found while out and about.  A few free things, some old things and some new-ish things.  I have also just finished The Seasons Hunt some of which is shown here.  I like to hunt when I'm linden broke.  It curbs the need to shop and helps me scope out things to buy in the future.  If you haven't heard about The Seasons Hunt, I highly recommend it.  Some great designers are involved, its well organized, not too terribly difficult and the prizes are great. I'm still going through them so more than likely, there will be more to come.

I really love this little hat!  I'm actually really happy with this whole picture.  The only thing that bugs me is the shoulder/hair part that is hidden.  I worked on it all night but couldn't find a way to repair it in Photoshop...any ideas?
